Aurora Dallas spring tasting menu

The D magazine blog, Frontburner, has had some interesting discussion about Aurora. Also about other Dallas restaurants and the scene here in general. Nancy Nichols, the food editor, is much more engaging and frank on the blog than she can be in the magazine. And she gets some good scoops. She was up early this morning, posting news of the spring tasting menu at Aurora. Too rich for my blood at nearly four hundred dollars per person, but wow, nice menu:
