Attilio's Pizza in Long Branch NJ

Located in the Ursula Plaza shopping center. Went last night to pick up some pies for my wife's birthday. While I was waiting at the counter, I saw 2 single slices of a special pizza made by the owner's uncle (from Italy). Thin crust, but not the type of thin that cracks because it's TOO thin. The sauce was the main ingredient on the slice, deep red and evenly spread over the surface. Each slice was topped with a single square of fresh mozzerella, not quite big enough to fully cover the whole surface. In the center of the slice were a couple of small-cut roasted peppers and a few basil leaves. Piping hot from their oven it was fantastic. I think they called it "crispini", and said it was a special order pie. What a surprise- I highly recommend it to everyone.
