I have become fascinated with barbequing and want to try my hand at either pulled pork or some (or many) type of ribs. I only have a gas grill at my parents house. (I live in NY city so I cant/wont buying a Weber smoker or anything) Can anyone pass along some advice on how to smoke and barbeque on a gas grill? There are three sets of burners on the grill, front middle and back.
Do I have any chance of making a great slow cooked bbq dinner? Thanks for your help.
