My daughter's wedding is at the end of June in WA State on a Sunday late afternoon. I live in California.
The wedding caterer is arranged but I've had a difficult time finding someone for our pre-wedding party the night before.
We've rented a large house, an old B&B. We'll be staying there over the time around the wedding. It will accommodate the 45-50 people expected at the party but the kitchen isn't large. I won't have my own tools to work with. I threw a college graduation party here a few years ago but it was mostly pre-made or very easily prepared food that appealed to college students.
Browsing a few old Ina Gartner books last night, I started to think maybe I could do this myself. With the wedding the following day, is this crazy?
This time I'd like the food to be good!
