The search was not as difficult as I thought. What I found was a recipe cut out of the NYT on 9/11/02 (a very unfortunate date). It is for Barbara Lynch's Tuscan Meat Sauce. Is this the one?? I know the Chow Team frowns on the verbatim rendering of recipes so if I have indeed found the one you are looking for please get thee to the Kirstein Business Library in Beantown and photocopy to your heart's delight. If this is not the recipe in question I can only say I did my best.
