On a recent drive through the hip Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta, I stumbled onto a great chic Mexican restaurant. I don't mean expensive by chic, I mean suprprisingly stylishly decorated, with cool staff and good food. From what I could tell, the food seemed traditional Mexican -- none of that avant-garde stuff -- and mine was terrific. They had daily specials, too.
