Atlanta. Frank Ma's Ethereal Fish Dumplings & limited run

Another great dinner at Frank Ma's in Chamblee's Chinatown Square last night, highlighted by a platter of fish dumplings robed in a delicate dough, the fish filling highlighted with greens and ginger and then steamed.

The slightly beyond a certain age couple who run Frank Ma's will be ending their run in December so as to travel a bit and enjoy life more--so we have about five more months to enjoy both them and the best Chinese restaurant bar none that Atlanta has ever seen. A word to the wise.
