If you like Japanese food, I strongly recommend Nobu.
I dined alone there, at the sushi bar, and it was a
wonderful meal. In NYC, you'd have to wait weeks to
get a reservation. In Aspen, I walked in at about
7:30p and was seated within minutes.
Service was excellent; food was remarkable. Let one
of the sushi chefs surprise you and enjoy!
