Has there been a change in the kitchen team or anything?
We're thinking of going for dinner and I just wanted to check. I can't really tell from the Mandarin Oriental website just who runs the kitchen and stuff and so I want to be sure that the team is intact, before we actually go.
Also, any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. We would probably do the tasting menu with wines. I read in an earlier post to request a table on the lower-level. Apart from that, anything else to consider?
