Asian Origin in Tysons

Foodgeek | Dec 13, 201709:25 AM

Chef Liu of Hing Kong Palace and Uncle Liu's Hot Pot recently opened Asian Origin, a Sichuan restaurant which is a new favorite of ours. Haven't had any clunkers on the Sichuan menu yet, but some favorites are the Sichuan beef, scallion pancakes, sesame balls, lamb soup (soon to be added to menu), street food skewers (not on regular menu), steamed pork belly with pumpkin, and MaPo Tofu (house-made black beef tofu). Everything is made from scratch. Article here: http://www.dcfud.com/2017/10/08/chef-.... Also, check the lamb soup pic out here: http://www.dcfud.com/wp-content/uploa...
