Asian Market Extraordinaire.........

Hello Chowhounds!

Went today to the renovated Greenland Market which was the Han Kook Market located on White Oak and Sherman Way. They have many more food items tahn in the past so anyone looking for things Asian, this be the place! It's a Korean Market but, other Asian products can be found. Also great $$'s on fresh fruit, veges, meat and fish. Sushi grade, live and stew packages avail. I know Bim Bop was mentioned in previous threads, you'll find the pre-made (FRESH) packages here. Big jars of Kimchee, honey powder, walnut and peanut soy milk,...it goes on and on. Don't forget to check out the fresh Korean style "salad" bar; Dried fishes, spicy fishes, meats, noodles, seaweeds, you name it, they've got it! Even the yummy Korean style sushi rolls. Korean style rice cakes, boiled peanuts, and sweet bar too. If you've never been..you're sorely missing out! :)KQ
