Help with Asian fish varieties

Our local Filipino market, Seafood City, has an amazing array of whole fishes on ice. I know most of them have been frozen, but they still look pretty good and the prices are great. Is anyone familiar with varieties like moonfish, strawberry grouper, redtail fusilier, golden emperor, ponyfish, parrotfish, etc.? I'm sure some of them must be excellent eating but I don't know where to start.
Here's a post with pictures of some of them -- I did buy a striped bass to try and it was excellent.
