Welcome to the reporting thread for the February Dish of the Month. This month we'll all be preparing Asian Dumplings. What will you prepare? Chinese New Year is February 19th, will you make something inspiring for it? Will it be more traditional will it be more fusion or creative? Also Asia has so many different kinds of cuisine and dumplings so let your imagination run wild!

If your recipe is online, you are welcome to share a link. If you are reporting on a published recipe, please remember to paraphrase it if it is not your own; verbatim copying of recipes to the boards is a violation of the copyright of the original author. Posts with copied recipes will be removed.
