Our party of three arrived just before 6:00 and were seated at once. 15 minutes later and it would be a half to one hour wait. Dining room was buzzing, bar was buzzing, wait at door was buzzing. Space has comfortable, mordern feel. Lots of wood. Many families with little kids. All well behaved and well accepted by the friendly and attentive staff.
Water glasses always filled. Split 2 apps.; Cod Cakes w/ remoulade ($7), and Train Wreck Fries ($7), both satisfying. For dinner, one order of Beef Chile ($14), has large chunks of steak in a mild to spicey, semi-thick, black bean soup. Very good (if you eat beef). Two orders of Stir fried Veggies, Bean Curd and Peanuts over Basmati Rice w/ Shrimp ($16). Spicey Red Curry has us coming back for this dish. The $22 bottle of Malbec hit the spot with the 3 spicey meals. Key Lime Pie ($7) was as good as any I've had in the Boston area for quite a while. A solid, hip dining experience we'll be going back to real soon. Most Chows will enjoy this one.
