let me elaborate a little more.... I've been cooking as a sous chef in Berkeley, california for a year and a half now, and i'm thinking about moving to an area that reminds me more of home (iowa city, iowa, a liberal college town in the midwest) without actually having to move back to the midwest. The cost of living in cali. is too insane and i'm trying to raise a family.
It seems like people there are foodies and i'm hoping there's room for 3 more. so, i'm actually trying to scope out another sous chef gig.
