Asheville Saturday Night notes

Storm's ceviche is not as good as Limones, but it's still pretty decent. Try the Che cocktail--awesome. Service is better now--perhaps too attentive. (They've obviously responded to service criticism.) Also: second best frites in town.

Bing Cherry-Goat Cheese ice cream at Ultimate Ice Cream kiosk on Lexington: OMG, etc.

Discovered the lovely courtyard dining area down the alley behind U.I.C. Must go back before it gets cold and try the crepes at Bouchon Creperie, which looked and smelled delicious.

Missed seeing the Gypsy Queen truck until late in the evening when we were stuffed. Damn. (I really, really want to try it.)

Admiral late nights: Best cocktail values, best d.j., most eclectic mix of good-humored, dance-and-let dance locals. (And not just hipsters, no matter what the haters say.)
