What have you done that you wouldn't go on Facebook and talk about? I have eaten the entire skin off of a chicken as it cooled on the stove top. I season my bird with olive oil and lemon and then sprinkle salt, pepper and herbes de Provence all over. The skin hot from the oven is better than bacon!! Share your dirty little secrets!
