I'm planning on going to Artisanal for the first time next week and would love to know all of your opinions before hand. I love, love, love cheese and red wine. I'm willing to try any type of each. What are your favorites? What specific wines do you recommend with each different cheese? Should I get the fondu or cheese plate or both? I also plan on eating other apps, entrees, and dessets too. What do you suggest? Please tell me everything you like and dislike about this restaurant. Also, if you don't like it, please recommend a similar type of place. Thanks in advance.
