I saw a small bottle of artificial wildflower extract for sale at the local ethnic foods market, and I picked it up out of curiosity. Since it was sandwiched in between the vanilla and almond extracts I assumed it was for cooking and baking, and was hoping to find some interesting recipes to try out when I got home. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a single recipe that uses it online.
Other than substituting it in for rosewater, does any one have a recipe or suggestion for recipes that use wildflower extract? Thanks!
