Arrowroot Flour

I bought this product, Bob's Red Mill starch/arrowroot flour for a recipe where I needed one Tablespoon. I see it sitting on my shelf and I want to use it. But when I look up recipes they are all "paleo" and I would have to buy esoteric items like sorghum flour, tapioca flour, etc, etc, that I am sure to not use again. Does anyone have an ideas how to use this arrowroot flour just in ordinary baking? thanks.
