We both enjoy our food very much, so we decided to visit Mark Veyrat's Auberge De L'Eridan, just outside Annecy, Eastern France.
We chose the 'Symphony Menu' which I think was priced at Euros 220 per person. After 10 dishes, we could not cope with the remaining cheese board and desert, although we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. However, after enjoying champagne cocktails, one glass of sauternes with the foie gras for one person and a bottle of wine, our bill amounted to Euros 775. Was it worth it .. hindsight is a very easy thing, but the answer has to be 'no' !
