Aroma 3-in-1 Toaster oven.

I'm really happy with this new little toy. It would make a great Christmas gift for someone in a dorm or limited cooking space.

Sometimes I travel ALOT and some motels don't have coffee makers or microwaves. I have a soft fabric ice chest that this would fit perfectly. So I can throw it in the trunk and be sure to always have decent food. There are areas where fast food is the only game. Nice to be able to pop into a market to put together a meal.

I also have one of those ice chests that you can plug into the car or wall, so it is a little mini refrigerator (which can also keep food warm on another setting).

Anyway ... portable kitchen.

The unit is light and small, yet big enough to do the job. Also, no coffee filters needed. Very cool.

Another nice feature is that the coffee hot plate stays on until there is less than a cup of liquid in the pot, then it turns itself off.

Sold in Raley's currently if you are in the SF Bay Area - $25. This seems to be a deal since the link below is selling it for $40.

Aroma also has some combo toaster/toaster ovens which seem like a nice use of counter space.
