For a quick snack in Silver Spring. Arepas Pues can't be beat. They offer an arepa de choclo, made with sweet yellow corn that makes the arepa all golden and gooey, naturally sugary, and with a lovely roasted corn flavor. They put some queso fresco on top. In a prefect world it would be stuffed inside the arepa before it is cooked, but this was a real treat anyway, and a lot of arepa places don't make this version. Seek it out if you can.
