Arepas, papusas, gorditas, sopes, huraches, panuchos....

I've got a lot of masa harina I bought.....twice...to thicken some chili, and wan't to try some other things.

On the one hand, I can get good prepared masa. OTOH, in the spirit of the reduce the waste thread, I thought I'd give a shout out to see about ideas for trying one of the above, or something else.

I'd rather not fry, and the houeshold already has a strong history with Jamaican patties of various persuasion.
