Arancini at L'Appetito

I just had an arancini from the L'Appetito in the Hancock Bldg. It was sublime! An orange-sized ball of yellow risotto with a ragu of shredded beef, peas, carrots, potato and tomato sauce in the center. Some cheese in there as well. Deep fried. Very crisp and tender. Not at all greasy.

I love their sandwiches; the arancini was an unexpected treat.

I am a regular at the one on Huron, the Hancock site seems to have a little more variety: flat squares of pizza, the arancini, sausage and peppers, some pastas.
