The foie gras ganache and duck confit app was amazing as always and the venison loin with pancetta, white asparagus and lingonberries was perfectly cooked. Desserts were impressive too. Still not fair that Marcus lost to Bobby Flay on Iron Chef. The secret ingredient was corn! If it had been herring, Flay would've conceded before they turned on the stoves.
