So I start to read this piece about the national restaurant industry bubble, and the first paragraph talks about Matt Semmelhack of Mercer Restaurant Group shutting down AQ Restaurant in San Francisco. That's news. The last service will be sometime this month.
Mercer shuttered Bon Marche a few months ago. Its TBD morphed into Fenix. Sababa started up. Trading Post in Cloverdale finally opened the restaurant side of the operation. But can't help but wonder what's next for Mercer.
