April 2019 COTM Voting

Westminstress | Mar 18, 201906:23 AM     45

Welcome to another Cookbook of the Month (COTM) vote! You all nominated 21 books this month, but two came out on top with 8 votes each. This month we will choose between perennial nominee SALT FAT ACID HEAT by Samin Nosrat, and a relative newcomer to the fray, KACHKA by Bonnie Frumkin Morales.

**Voting will close on Monday March 25 at 9am Eastern Time.**

**HOW TO VOTE: Just click on the heart alongside your choice!
*To change your vote, click on your original choice again to remove that vote, and then click on your new pick.
*One vote per chowhound, please!
*Participation in COTM is easy and fun, and we love welcoming newcomers to COTM... join us! If you are voting, please aim to make at least one recipe from the book if your choice wins for April COTM, and post a report, with photos if you can!
*Feel free to add comments and replies to this post, but please do not reply to the individual cookbook selections. This way we can avoid a gap between contenders on the page, keeping our voting options streamlined and easy to locate.
