At yesterday's farmers market at Monterey Peninsula College, we stopped by the Catering Magik stand to check out the pastries. We purchased a small apricot cobbler for $4.25.

Reheated in the toaster oven, the buttery and tender short crust was great. Good amount of fruit, halves of apricots. But it suffered from being stupidly sweet and gloppy with cornstarch.
Anything else here we should try?
