Hello, Chowhounders, and Happy Thanksgiving!
I am making the Stuffing with mushrooms. The recipe calls for a little apple cider, but I have just realized that I don't have cider or apple juice at home. I do have apple vinegar, but I've read that it is not a proper substitution. I think the cider helps with dryness I was thinking maybe I should just use water instead. I would love your feedback!
