The Apartment, Belltown

So, any other hounds been to this new Belltown spot, a few doors south of Flying Fish? I thought the room was really inviting, hip but comfortable, simple, small! Service and food both experienced highs and lows over the course of dinner. Generally appetizers (sauteed mushrooms, and sauteed calamari) stronger than the entrees in our experience (thin, poorly cooked ribeye, bland grilled prawns). Not in the mood to necessarily rush back unless it seems we hit on an off night. Other options or experiences??
