Where does AOC get their bread?

Had a delicious meal at AOC last night, but forgot to ask the bartender where they get their bread! Does anyone know, or should I just call the restaurant later?

I'm so glad I finally got a chance to eat at AOC. The food was really delicious. My only quibble (as always) is how expensive food like that is in LA. But no, I need to stop complaining. If $45 a head is what it takes to get a moderate amount of tapas and a glass of wine in LA, then I'll just be content with eating out less.

Standout dishes included:
-skirt steak. OMG! I never expected to be wowed by skirt steak, even though it's one of my favorite cuts of meat. AOC's is so tender, and drowned in a lusciously thick buttery sauce. I should just eat a plate of this with a mountain of bread next time. That would certainly cut down on my dinner bill.
-deep fried oysters. Yes, it's almost $5 an oyster, but the batter was light and crispy, and the oysters were intensely flavorful. The celery root salad, cold and mild, was a good contrast.
-speck, arugula, and apple salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Those three ingredients rolled up together were a masterful contrast of textures and flavors.

We also had a salumi combo, beet salad, and arroz negro. Everything was well prepared. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold, which is really important to me.

The servers were all very nice (read: willing to put up with my pestering questions, and quite knowledgeable at that), and the wine was great. We sat at the bar and the bar tender steered us toward a French wine that was light and fruity enough to go with our mixed menu, and which was suprisingly well matched with the olives that come with the bread. I forget the name of the wine, but it was only $14 a carafe, enough for three generous glasses.
