Antonio's in Simsbury CT--potato pizza, a review

masha bousha | Nov 23, 201008:53 AM

First let me say that this review is only of the pizzas I tried which were ordered for takeout.
I ordered two small pizzas: Buffalo Chicken and Drew's Famous Potato Pizza. The potato one (which has mashed potatoes, mozzarella, cheddar, bacon and scallions on it. It was amazingly good. The bacon was tasty and crispy and the scallions made it excellent.
I was disappointed by the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It was a bit salty and I'm not sure why. Actually I think their crust might be a bit salty overall but it was just less noticiable than the Chicken pizza.

Anyway, this place is definitely going to be hit again for the potato pizza. It was very good.
