Did anyone catch his show tonight? In general I find his personality to be pompous and grating but this show exposed a more humble side. He had a great deal of respect for the chefs of Tokyo. It was surprising to see how someone who owns a meathouse like his could be squeamish at watching live fish prepared. I look forward to future episodes unlike that Keith Famie show which is a trainwreck. That guy acts like he's never seen food cooked before.

What did you think?
