Anthonino's (Greek-Italian) in St. Louis on The Hill

Christine | Mar 1, 200501:10 PM

Just wanted to give a plug to Anthonino's on The Hill in St. Louis on Macklind Avenue. We ate lunch there on Saturday and the food is wonderful. I had the falafel sandwich which was very yummy with onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce on pita bread, and hubby had their lunch special that day which happened to be a meatball sandwich with roasted red peppers and melted mozzarella on a soft French bread. Both sandwiches were served with seasoned fried potato wedges. Food was plentiful and tasty. We also had glasses of wine (Pinot Noir and Chianti) that were fine as well. Give this place a try on the Hill if you're in the mood for good food at a fair price.
