I'm shopping for whipped cream dispensers to be used for a variety of sweet things other than cream, and am having a brain spasm when it comes to what the practical difference between the metals would be. Would I not want to put acidic things in the anodized aluminum or does the anodizing prevent reactions? I want to make sure the flavors of lemon, lime, wine, etc. wouldn't be ruined. I have one that is stainless that I love, only considering aluminum b/c they are cheaper. Thoughts? Thanks.
