Well, that was a bumpy ride! But at the end of it, we will cook the delicious food from:

THE A.O.C. COOKBOOK by Suzanne Goin

I think this is a great spring cookbook, and I can't wait to see what you all make.

You can read more about the book on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/C-Cookbook-Suz...

A detailed recipe list can be found at Eat Your Books:
https://www.eatyourbooks.com/library/...

FYI, I will post reporting threads a bit early this month (on April 29th), as I am heading out of town that day and won't have time to post threads on the first. But for now please use this thread for general discussion of the book in anticipation of next month. This is also a good place to post any recipes you find available online.

You may refer to the nomination thread here: https://www.chowhound.com/post/cotm-c...
and the voting thread here: https://www.chowhound.com/post/voting...

To learn more about previous COTM activity, please have a look at the archive: https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

I'm looking forward to cooking with everyone next month!
