I have reservations to Annissa in a couple of days. I've heard raves on this site and am very excited.
I know that the foie gras dumplings are a signature dish, and I'll make sure that at least one of us orders them. Yes, my husband and I always order different items so that we can eat of each others' plates like the filthy animals we are. I can deal with that.
What else is recommended? Or is a fixed price option a better way to go for a first timer?
What about wine recommendations? I'm not sure what I'd pair with a foie gras dumpling. Or is it better to put myself in the restaurant's hands?
