Summary: For those of you that do not want to read all of the below here is a quick summary: AWC was fantastic and you should have full confidence in using Ann for any of your catering needs.

July, 2008 AWC provided catering services for my wedding. Ann' s professional yet courteous and personal demeanor instilled confidence in us from the get go. Beyond the rapport, the biggest positive was Ann's passion for food and love for her business. She has been in the business for many years and and it shows. Her knowledge about food is impressive. She left all the decisions up to my wife and me, but consulted with us on every decisions and supplemented those decisions with her expertise. For example, neither my wife nor I wanted a cake and my wife is a huge chocoholic. After some discussion, Ann helped us craft (what turned out to be) a fantastic chocolate bar with dark chocolate infused truffles, chocolate covered strawberries, and a host of other chocolate sweets.

The only part of the wedding that received more compliments than my beautiful bride was the food. Everyone raved about the food throughout the reception and I am still receiving comments. The food was served family-style, which I highly recommend. There was a more than enough food to fill even the most famished guests.

Outside of the food the service was invisible, good invisible. The staff supporting our reception was professional and did their job while we had fun. I did not have to worry about them following our schedule and keeping a good flow for the evening. Moreover, the AWC staff made sure that my wife and I ate during the reception and even packed a portion of each dish to-go at the end of the night.

Ann, her son Morgan, and the rest of the AWC staff were a pleasure to deal with from our first meeting to the end of the reception.
