Ankarr- A Spanish Cafe in SW Miami

Xiao Li | Jan 13, 200410:30 AM

I have eaten here several times in the afternoons in the last few weeks. Delicious cakes and pastries unlike those I've seen elsewhere, fine crunchy crusted breads, dense Ciabatta, creative York ham and tortilla Espanola sandwiches, pulguitas, empanadillas, good coffee, nice tableware, a variety of tapas, Saturday and Sunday paellas, and an authentic, appreciative Spanish/Latin American clientele. It's cheap too. It's on the SW corner of Kendall and 97th Avenues in Miami.
