I have been eating at Andre's Italian restaurant or 3rd and Fairfax for many years. I have always loved their salad dressing. I decided to try and copy it and I think I have come close. If anyone is familiar I would love for them to try my recipe and let me know what you think.
In a blender or food processor blend; 1/4 cup EVOO, 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 2 small cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1/2 anchovy filet, black pepper to taste. Blend very well.
EVOO = Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for those who might not know)
Even if you have never had this salad dressing before you should try it... it is quite good!
