I was just brainstorming about some new football-ish dishes I can make for Sundays this fall (in addition to the chili, wings, quesadillas, etc.) and I thought a good jumbalaya would be nice. I'm no jumbalaya expert, but I'm pretty sure I will need andouille sausage. Does anyone know where I can get this? I don't recall seeing it in regular supermarkets. If it is hard to come by, are there any decent alternatives?
