I've had brunch at Ammo 3 times now--twice in the old space and once about 3 weeks ago in the new space. I used to love the poached egg dish, but was horribly disappointed with it on my last visit. I'm positive that the dish has been reworked. The dish just fell apart for me, and I have to pin blame on the artichokes as well as the tapenade--none of it went well together. The service was bad, as well--there were two tables going inside and three on the patio, and the waitress, who was quite glum, pretty much sat at the bar unless she was bringing food to the tables. Anyway, I have fond memories of having brunch in the old space, with a livlier crowd, a well executed plate of poached eggs and a glass of Prosecco in front of me, and more attentive service. Ammo, please rework those poached eggs! They used to be outstanding. The new space is quite lovely and I'm glad you've expanded, but please don't go downhill.
