Ambadi Kebab & Grill, White Plains, hangs new signage...

The original Ambadi on East Post Road, White Plains, was opened about a dozen years ago by Simson Kalathara and his family to highlight the street foods and simple meals of India. At the same time, Simson's original Bengal Tiger across the street was renowned for its more formal approach to regional India cuisine.
New signage has been put up on the Ambadi façade which is now being operated by Mr. Alam, who also owns Mughal Palace in Valhalla. There are additional changes coming, I was told. Halal specialties have been added to the menu. Their chicken and beef kebabs have always been a source of enjoyment to me...
