Sushi Zo. It's only been open a few months, on an unglamorous stretch of National Boulevard near the 10 freeway. The sushi is unbelievably good - fresh, perfectly prepared. The blue crab roll is better than Sasabune's. It's a purist place, only sushi and hand rolls (no cut rolls). Prices are very reasonable considering the quality. I took my mother, who's Japanese and extremely picky. She loved it.
