i was at a steak restaurant and they had what they called a mac and cheese but really is not anything like a normal mac and cheese.
it was made with parmesan reggiano and white truffle oil and it was PHENOMENAL.
i was only able to get from them that it had those two ingredients - has anyone ever seen/tasted anythig like this??
it didn't have breadcrumbs and it was quite silky so i don't think it was baked at any point..
dying to replicate...
