Amatller Chocolate

Tasted a Ecuadorian bar from this Spanish choc maker and really enjoyed it. Intense nutty woodsy earthy flavours as one would expect from Ecuadorian forestaro beans, but also a wonderful and rich floral aroma. Very slightly grainy in texture but nothing majorly bad about the temper.
