Amalfi, Sorrento, and environs

We will be in Amalfi and Sorrento for about 10 days in June and July. Any particular chowhound-y recommendations?

We were thinking of staying for a night at the Azienda Agrituristica Seliano, which is right near the ruins in Paestum, about 30 miles from Amalfi. Arthur Schwartz has written about this place and its owner quite a bit. The area is known for its mozzarella, and the inn has its own buffalo herd, and serves, according to their website "an excellent tender young buffalo flesh." Has anyone been to this place?
