I was reading and comparing different pizza pans.
One thing I liked about aluminum was that it was available in larger sizes, such as 18", 19", or 20".
For aluminum, maybe this one:
Or this 17" one:
For cast iron, I was looking at a Lodge 14" one, or a 17" deep dish one.
Can aluminum be used on an outdoor grill?
What are the pros and cons of these two materials?
Is aluminum as durable, and will it last a long time? Cast iron seems that it is nearly "lifetime" durable.
