I love Buffalo wings- could eat them for breakfast! I'd like to hear your variations on the wing, and what you've paired them with, because I just love dipping. I need inspiration.
Yesterday, I caught a delicious-sounding version of "chino-tino" wings with tamarind-mango sauce (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/in...), but no sauce. I understand many wings hold their own and don't need or warrant sauce, but I like the idea of pairing, especially creative pairing.
So, what unique twist have you put on the perennial Buffalo wing and blue cheese dip combo?
